Day 32

What shipped: Got sick, had less time and focus to build, and used the slowdown to reassess what BuildingPlanB should really stand for.

Lesson learned: Side income and attention are outcomes. The core is rebuilding product craft with AI and staying adaptable long term.

This week was rough physically. Being sick cut my available time, focus, and attention, so I could not build at the pace I wanted.

That slowdown forced me to ask a harder question: what exactly am I building toward? I realized I was treating side income growth and attention as the main goal, but those are outcomes, not the foundation.

After sitting with it, I can see the site was drifting away from what I actually want right now. It needed a reset.

So I decided to use the next week to sharpen positioning while I continue thinking about which product to build next.

One thing is clear: I want to build products with AI and I want to keep learning AI through real execution.

I do not have the final answer yet on Day 32, but I trust that I will get there. Until then, I will keep shipping what I can and keep updating this openly as my thinking gets clearer.
