What shipped: Repositioned BuildingPlanB so the direction is clearer: build products to hone craft, see what AI can really unlock through execution, and learn by shipping.

Lesson learned: When the core purpose is clear, momentum returns. Side income and career upside can stay as outcomes while the focus stays on build-and-learn.

Today finally felt like the direction for buildingplanb.com clicked.

Building products is how I want to hone my craft, test how much I can accomplish with AI, and learn through real execution.

Side income, job opportunities, and other upside are outcomes. Right now, I want to build, learn, and let the rest flow like water.

I repositioned the website yesterday to make this clearer, and that clarity makes me feel faster again on both product work and documenting the BuildingPlanB journey.
